We eat a lot of shrimp. It's delicious,low fat, and I can have it ready for dinner in no time. Grilling shrimp adds so much flavor but the lime zest in this recipe really added punch!
Grilled Lime Shrimp1 pound of jumbo shrimp
zest from 1 lime
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
Toss the shrimp with the zest, salt and pepper.
Preheat your grill on high. Flash grill the shrimp for a minute on each side. Enjoy!
Shrimps are my favourite. I can have it any time. I love it.
ReplyDeleteScrumtious, Lissa! Blue Monday is a photo meme and requires the photo contain blue. My entry is usually tied to "blue" food. This week I didn't have time to do that so I used the flowers as my photo for the day. I think blue Monday was originally associated with the bluing used on laundry day (Monday).
