Grilled Lime Shrimp



We eat a lot of shrimp. It's delicious,low fat, and I can have it ready for dinner in no time. Grilling shrimp adds so much flavor but the lime zest in this recipe really added punch!

Grilled Lime Shrimp
1 pound of jumbo shrimp
zest from 1 lime
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper

Toss the shrimp with the zest, salt and pepper.

Preheat your grill on high. Flash grill the shrimp for a minute on each side. Enjoy!

  2. Scrumtious, Lissa! Blue Monday is a photo meme and requires the photo contain blue. My entry is usually tied to "blue" food. This week I didn't have time to do that so I used the flowers as my photo for the day. I think blue Monday was originally associated with the bluing used on laundry day (Monday).
